Why are the two greatest periods of modern home foreclosure under Republican Presidents? There was no great economic depression under Bush or Reagan.

I have a home now...
Under Carter the interest rate was 13.5 .
You couldn't even think of getting a home then!

both are to be blamed on the lenders and the goombahs that thought sub-prime, zero down was a good idea. maybe they should resd the fine print next time. as stupid as i am i knew better.
