Interesting that today is Wednesday & that was always the day they served my Fav lunch at school!
Vegetable Soup
half a PB & J sandwich
1 peanut butter cookie
half an orange
pint of milk
and if you ate all of that you could buy an ice cream that day

Chicken noodle, musubi(from hawaii), chicken patty with this great sauce, stew/pork adabo with rice, chili and corn bread, and corn chower.
Damn that stuff was good.
Too bad I don't go to highschool any more.
My school in Hawaii had the best darn salds in the world. Plus you could get yogurt with it.
I still love me some school chocolate milk!!

It was a close race between that and beef and cheese nacho day! I am going to have lunch with my daughter soon so I can get me some of that deliciousness!

Pizza. Every Friday the school would send out for pizza for all the kids. Of course, we had to pay for it, but it was worth it.

I onty bought my lunch once in my whole school "career". It was awful. I recall green beans. Really BAD green beans. I used to really like plain ole PB & J.
