I was wondering the name of the lawyer that helps the person that is accusing the other one and what do they exactly do?

What I mean is like the lawyers that come out in CSI:NY.

"John Smith"

If youre talking about a civil lawsuit, then the person 'accusing' is called the Plaintiff, and his lawyer is just called the plaintiffs lawyer, or "counsel for the plaintiff".

If you mean a criminal trial, then the charges are actually brought by the Government, and the lawyer who brings them is called the Prosecutor, and he may be a US Attorney, a District Attorney, a City Attorney, or a few other titles depending on where he is and who he works for.

Not sure what you're asking...
Could be the Prosecuting Attorney
The Defense Attorney
Attorney for the Plantiff
Try and be a little more specific...or give us an example...
