Estrella Falls Regional Mall will get under way in December following the final approval of the project's site plan at a Goodyear Council meeting last week.
The 106-acre site translates into 973,000 square feet of building area for retail, entertainment and restaurants.
Overall, the Westcor project includes 50,000 square feet of office space, 63,000 square feet for a movie theater, 320,000 square feet for department stores and 539,000 square feet for retail and restaurant uses.

supposedly by the year 2009? Westcor project near Verrado? includes Dillards,Macys and Sears? plus something like 80 more stores? off I-10 somewhere? and somrthing like 30 resturants too.

HA!! is there anything in buckeye? i went to look at houses there with my parents and got depressed just being there. but probably yeah since they're building a lot of stuff there

a mall is going up at verrado way @ airport road with a movie theater and i believe a super target. also a strip mall on yuma @ dean with a fitness center, dental, pizza factory, virginia BBQ, barber shop, etc.
