It is mostly covered in ice and snow- so I'd go with white!

Greenland has a giant glacier on it. So, from the air, the majority (80%) appears to be white. But, without the glacier, Greenland's probably still snowed in throughout the year and still white.

its icy so its white lol
just color it with a grey map pencil
but dont it over do it, just really light to give it some color. :)
