According to my faith, God says that "I did not make people diverse and of different groups except so that they can learn from each other". So that answers the question of why God makes all of us different from each other. In the same Book is also taught the values of charity, giving alms, compassion, kindness, and the mistake of worshipping beauty and riches.
We are NOT "the ppl who never miss chance to laugh at those ppl who either handicapped or teased ppl who looks not good either". We are ALL different, remember? SOME of us do that, and those are the ones who do not follow the teachings of any faith whatsoever, because there is NO faith on this earth that encourages people to laugh at the handicapped or tease people who don't look good.
People are handicapped when they believe that they are less than others and therefore cannot live as well or do as much as some other people. This means that it doesn't matter if you can see and hear perfectly, have both your hands and feet and in perfect physical health, when you believe that you are less than others, you are handicapped. There are people we would define as handicapped who do not believe any such thing. There's Ben Underwood (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DpBm4KoWsrY) who is totally blind but goes rollerblading and plays video games on the TV. There's Barb Guerra (http://video.yahoo.com/video/play?vid=0d192bf595ba21aa8b45de37b5eec2cc.522519) who is married to a handsome man, runs her own business, takes care of her own baby, drives a car, exercises at the gym, all without arms.
If I did not know about Ben Underwood and Barb Guerra, I would not know that we as human beings can have such sensitive hearing, or that a person can lead a normal life with so many drawbacks.
There's more I can say about this, but I'm too sleepy to say them right now. In any case, our attitudes can change once we see more and more "handicapped" people achieving greater success for all.

Our bodies are different but our spirits are the same. It is the spirit that lives forever and the body is but a shell waiting to release the spirit into an eternal life.
Here and now we may seem to be on unequal footing but in truth? We are not. We have to make decisions on our life and how we live with what we have and in those decisions God is the equalizer!!
We decide to follow "the way", God wants us to go, or the way of the world. It's called free will, we are free as any other man or woman regardless of rank, stature, genius, savant idiocy, rich or poor we all have the power of free will and those that don't? God takes care of them.
So in the end whether you see it or not, we are all the same people. There are times in your life when you have to stand back and see the reality beyond the five senses.
In this regard, you have to see the reality that goes beyond your five senses.

Let's see, a guy named "Logic" says "It's not God's fault if people smoke and ......" Hello, logic. Everything is God's fault if fault means being the ground cause of something. The man does not even mention the twins that are born partly conjoined. Is that the fault of the parents or some grandparent for sitting out in the sun too long or something? Doah! Either God plans the world and takes responsibility for everything in it, including having decided to make angels and giving them powers and giving them free will while foreknowing how they would use them, or you admit that what appears to you to be a special plan that you are a special part of is really a small part of a very big universe.
Nobody is to blame for conjoined twins. It just happens.

There are so many reasons....!
1) People's free will... their choices impact on their own lives, and those of others, especially their children. Free will is God-given, as it is necessary for personal growth.
2) For every strength, there is always a corresponding weakness... The differences give us something to overcome... and the fact that someone else is "better" at a specific thing, gives us someone to look to as an example to inspire us.
3) If we were all the same, why would we choose different functions? For eg.
Strong, active = builder
Analytical, antisocial = computer IT person
Empowered, health conscious = nurse
Charming, attractive = salesperson
Patient, enduring = mother/father
Good memory, bad at maths = history teacher
etc
Our differences
- make the world function as a unit.
- bring us together
- cause us to rely on each other, bringing humility
- hint us towards our life mission
4) Seeing the strengths of others is inspiring. Seeing our own weaknesses is humbling... seeking God. Perfection is something we have to seek for... the result of that seeking is a feeling of self-respect and assurance, both in God and in ourselves.
Hope that helps.

Because matters which we are partly made of are subjected to different states and variations. Different environments and genes interplay to give out different characteristics. Some may end up dumb, wiser, deformed and normal. The one part we are made of which remains constant through out the creations is our spirit. It is this image of God that given the right conditions would one experience love, compassion, and impartiality towards others. In spirit we are the same, in flesh we are different. The difference allows what is the same to all of us to experience and move mountains. We experience love and feel compassion to the handicapped because of the difference from us normal people. Will we ever understand love should we all be the same?

well, this is really philosophy isn't it?
but, the only thing we all have in common is that we are different. who are you to say that handicapped people actually want you to treat them differently?
who are you to say someone is ugly?
everyone is different because that is what makes us all as a whole normal. wouldn't it be different in a weird sense if we all did the same thing and looked the same and smelt the same and sounded the same.
you cant say that just cos sum1 is handicapped or not as 'pretty' as the sticks in magazines that that is truly bad. people have a whole load of different opinions lol. if every one was the same i can gurantee you that no-one would wanna go out with anyone else lol. would u wanna be a freind with sum1 hu copied you soooo much it was unblievable? lol.
but yeah, its us being different that keeps us functioning like normal :P
or it's gods cruel sense of humour? (sorry, but its on a sotuh park episode i think :/ lol)

I used to imagine i turned right into a Christian, and an intensely zealous one at that. yet at the same time as in my overdue 20s, i got here upon that i changed into no longer. This horrendous wonder changed into mitigated by ability of the Bible by surprise 'starting up up' to me in a sparkling way, and assembly bona fide Christians who helped me to saving faith in God. It took 2 years of severe learn and soul searching and changed into the most unsettling era in my existence. yet God's hand changed into on all of it and a couple of years later i changed into baptized as a Christian. From this tense experience I have realized the favor to be humble and to admit that i'd be incorrect. This opens me as a lot as thinking different factors of view as a thanks to gaining expertise of. If ever I learn (by ability of positive evidence) that God does no longer exist, i will admit that. (yet do not carry your breath waiting for such an admission... no evidence has regarded those very last 30 years!)

Everyone on this planet has his or her own journey and has certain things they must learn in this life. Your journey is different from the person next to you, whose is different from the person next to him. No one is the same because we all have different things we need to learn before passing on to whatever you believe is next. We should not judge other people because we have no idea what their journey is about and what they are supposed to learn.
Besides... who wants to be like everyone else? I sure don't!

I believe in reincarnation so we all get the opportunity to live different life styles - we get away with nothing - those who laugh at others disabilities will some day be laughed at. Remember, we get away with nothing. Besides, life would be boring if we were all the same.
