a bad fight and I put a restraing order on him. we have court soon. whats gonna happen at court? can I have him back? what will happen if I choose to take it off him? whats gong on?

You will have a chance to present your side and he will have his. If you are thinking of taking him back, drop the case. If you are serious, have some proof that he is dangerous.

Well a restraining order means that if your boyfriend comes within a specified distance of you he is violating the law. Yes you can remove it, but if you were scared enough to get it, why would you remove it?

As for what's going to happen at court, I don't know. Why are you going to court?

This is why cops hate domestic violence calls. People call to get a "referee" to come out but then don't want to do anything about it. If you are going to drop charges, do it before court. Don't get mad when it happens again and the police are slower in responding.
