I can't stand it. I am a bundle of nerves before I go and put it off as long as possible. The only good part is the free toothbrush!

I HATE THE DENTIST!
I'm not going and you can't make me!
*covers her mouth with her hands and runs away*

I'll die like Ramses (tooth rotted out the side of his jaw) before I go!!!

My dental fears were laid to rest about 20 years ago, when I met the most painless dentist on the planet.

Why?
He used nitrous oxide to relax me.
He used a flavored topical gel to numb my gums before he stuck me with a needle full of Novocaine.
There was easy listening music playing on the headphones he provided me and the view on the ceiling was a calming forest scene.

What a great way to get (legally) high and have a painless dental experience!

I am a freak about my teeth being straight, clean and white (not like Friends when Ross got his teeth whitened freaky) but I love the dentist..

I pump myself up by looking at photo's of really bad teeth and say "If you do not go to the dentist your teeth will look like that"....it works for me and my 7 yr old son loves the dentist too because I showed him the same pictures and now he wants his teeth nice and white too lol

I used to like going until 1 or 2 yrs ago, but not anymore. I get really nervous in the office and feel like I'm about to suffocate sometimes....

I like going when there is gonna be some work done on my teeth. For check ups and crap like that, I feel that is a waste of time and don't like those types of visits.
