You'll need to be more specific. UAE law is primarily based in Shari'a, or Islamic religious law. That means that some provisions of a contract may be unenforceable.

However, contract law includes some exceptions to Shari'a - for example to allow non-muslims to sign contracts with the reasonable expectation that a UAE court will uphold them.
