I don't see anything wrong with it. In Australia the age of consent is 16. When I was 23 I had a fling with a work colleague who was 17. As long as both of the two people have reached the age of consent and both parties consent then there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Just go with it! It could be the best thing that has ever happened to you.

The way I see it is... He's 18... just a few months ago he was 17!!! that is enough to make my stomach turn....
I would not do it... You are 25, you can find a much hotter, mature, successful man (not a boy) Now if sex is all you want.. go for it, let's just hope you are not disappointed after wards... He might not be that experienced...

There is nothing wrong with it. Years down the road the age difference wouldn't even be noticed. It all depends on his maturity and your own. People will talk but they'll stop if you don't let it bother you. I've had relationships with younger guys and actually have been in a 26/18 relationship lately. Go for it if its what you want. Have fun....

I was 27 and my husband was 18 when we met. No one said anything bad about our relationship. If they had, we would have just ignored their comments. Being happy with each other is what really counts. If others can't accept your decisions, then I feel they're not true friends to begin with. If they were true friends, they'd be happy for you.

Confront your friends and tell then that you're diggin' this dude. If he's actually worth your time, and isn't too imature for you, go for him. But, just be careful. How much time have you spent with him? Maybe he's not as game as you think he is. He might be the complete opposite. My friend liked some kid, and he turned out to be a complete perv.
So, anyways, what I'm saying is go for him, but be careful and causious with the age difference.

If you don't feel good about the situation and you know you would feel like a loser, then don't do anything. Become a good friend and only a friend.

I'm 10 years younger than my wife. What's the big deal about age? We're happy and you can be too.

I say go for it, I am in the same relationship with a guy that is 10 years younger than me. We have been together for over a year, and although we keep breaking up and getting back together i think i really love him, but i dont feel we could marry, i also have a love 8 years younger than me, and he is willing to commit but i am to scared to live together with him. So hey go for it, you really do only live once.

These days it's not the same old taboo it used to be! Everybody is doing it! As long as your both adults, and it's not hurting anybody else, go for it! Yes...I've heard once is all we get at this thing called life!

I would pass - unless you want nothing more than a one night stand or a booty call situation. Dating someone under 21 - who can't go the same places as you - would get old quick.
