get very leanient sentences Chris Langham has had his sentence cut by four months on appeal in London today. It makes me think that these high ranking judges and those in the law are at it as well.

Yes, I do think they stand a chance. Parents need to talk to their children more often about things that may not be comfortable to talk about. It's not easy, but in the long run, NOT talking about it can have lasting & harmful affects.
Also, Parents need to know where they kids are and who they are with. Get to know the parents or caretakers that will be resposible for your child. Make sure you feel comfortable with them being responsible for the well-being of your child.

Come on !!!!! this is the U.K. look at the judicial system as a whole, They will send an 80 year old woman to prison for three months because she can't pay her council tax ,yet a 41 year old man who repeatedly punches a 96 year old Indian war hero just because he blocks his way on a bus is not sent to prison, because the judge thought it would not do him any good. How about as a punishment? Unfortunately that seems to be a "dirty" word these days it's all about rehabilitation , so is it any wonder that Mr Langham has escaped justice.It's a disgrace. And I think you are right, half of them are kiddie fiddlers themselves.
But that's just my opinion.

This is our greatest problem we have in society. What does a paedophile look or act like? Whilst these perverts are employed in the judiciary, police and politics; what chance do we have!
These perverts are well into the closet and have been for a long time.
Our other big problem is that 80% of children abused; know their abusers!
If you are an alcoholic........you work in a bar.
If you are a paedophile......you work in schools, with scouts, with guides and generally anywhere; where children are!

The sentencing in this country is a joke.The law givers and the law makers live in cloud cuckoo land . They don't seem to have grasped the fact that the more scum you get of the street the less crime you Will have

From what I can see the top boys just love it. I mean look at what they teach kids in the name of sex education in State Schools. It's nothing short of mass grooming.

the scum bag that abused my family members got 13 years, he served 7.
He was told if he admitted what he did he would be released but if he denied it, as he had all along, he would be kept inside. How does that work?
