Raymond H... you are very confusing ,its a simple question form the heart(we only have one)to the head(we also have one) to the gut (miles of it) which part of the gut were you refering to, the start of it(mouth)or the end of it(your ar*e)?

i always follow my heart, if i have a problem to solve in life, i listen to my heart not my head, for your heart will always speak first and is always the right....

My friend I have been married twice,When you say follow you heart you don't for if you did you would never regret it. Your head usually cut in and you then feel its the right thing to do,but it never is.To tell the difference you must go by what your gut tells you even if you think it is not what you want.Its your head that get you into trouble and not your heart.

yes I have but no, I have no regrets...it was all about the lessons and I'm still learning; most of the time I wished I listened to the tiny voice within myself and not others

yes, but i think it ended up a fun experience even though it didnt get me what i really wanted..It's something i learned from..
Recently i followed my heart and im glad i did or i'd still be single and love a guy that was dating someone else..
