I am assuming you are talking about your IUD. Yes you can become pregnant. It stops releasing the hormone. Also, it could be dangerous to keep it in your uterus.

Assuming you mean an IUD -- no more likely than it was before, but after that the metal might oxidize or another material could start to break apart. It's very dangerous to keep an IUD in after the expiration date, and you shouldn't do it. Get it taken out and another one put in, and you'll avoid a world of trouble.

It depends what "it" is, theres lots of "its" that could prevent you from geting pregnant, think even TLC has a medical drama on stuff like that.
