At my local mall there are more and more of these little booths in the major walk way of the mall. First, it was the cell phones. You cannot walk by with out hearing "what cell phone you have sir?" "come here sir, got a great offer". Then it was these little these little shops selling hand cream, soap, some stuff for ladies finger nails. Everytime, and I do mean everytime you walk by it is the same thing "would you like to try?" and if you say no, they casually ask "can ask you a question sir?" I fell for this once thinking it was legitimate question, about something unrelated. Boy was I wrong. The second I walk over she is asking me about if i have heard of this product this or that and trying to hand me stuff.
Now I would say there is about twenty little booths in our mall. All seeming to be owned by arabic people possible the same family, Everytime you walk by its "hello sir, can i ask you a question?" "Hey sir here you go", "Hey sir have you ever tried". I never make eye contact or give any sign of interest. this is the mall not a flee market or a carnival. What is worse I actually wanted to check one item out. The girl gave a pushy sales aproach, when i said i wasnt interested she insisted to know why, she then offered it to me two for the price of one. all the while she smiled and flirted heavily and acted as though i was the nicest guy on the planet. the secound i politely gave her a definate NO. She didnt act like ay normal sales person, she acted as pissed off as if I said I clubbed babbie seals for a living. I see all of these people in the booths act the same way towards the customers.

I don't think the malls are completely safe. I have recently heard that the Malls are considered a "Soft Target" for terrorists...So I do the majority of my shopping via the Television Shopping or shop at companies I can trust. This year I am doing something different and I'm buying a lot of Gift Baskets for my family and friends. I am having them custom made, so it's exactly the way I want it without doing all the work. Check it out if you wish. http://www.blackriverbaskets.com They will make my shopping easier and safer......Happy Holidays.

I hate the fact that we can't all cruise around the mall in bumper cars! Think about it, that would entertain the kids (always a problem) avoid all the insane human traffic (does anyone else feel like a salmon sometimes?) and let you take out some of the stress of holiday shopping (there's the beyotch who took the last Wii!)

I dislike the fact that where I live there's no malls! I have to travel about 10 miles to get to the nearest one, and even that's not a very good one! :)

Well our mall is weak and doesn't have any good stores just the essentials and the food court could use a boost.

The location of the restrooms, can never find one when I need it, and the mall closes to early.

The workers who fallow you around like you are going to take something, and ask if you need help 20 times. The wanna-be gang banger teenagers. And the crowds.

expensive, crowded, lot of younger kids. This sounds pretty negative, but I don't like to shop anyway, much less at the mall.
