be empathetic, be loving. i know that pregnant women, being one myself, have a tendency of being very moody and at times snap at people.. understand that most of that is hormones and the rest of it is anxious feelings about being pregnant.. "am I going to be a good mother? will I be able to take care of my child?" etc.
don't take anything she says personal but do think about what she is saying and understand where its coming from.
massages.. kind words... pampering.
best of luck.. god bless

Is she feeling miserable physically? It is really hard work being pregnant. You are super tired, more tired than you have ever been in your life. If she has morning sickness, she probably feels really bad. Just be there for her. Get a pregnancy book for dads, actually read it :) to help you get to know what is going on, and she will think you are awesome by the way! If she if past her first trimester, schedule a pregnancy massage or a pedicure or something. She might want to be pampered a little!

Don't bug her and let her get some rest! Help her with the main necessities of life! If she feels sick, grab the crackers, and whatever else is needed to comfort her! give her just about anything she ask for! As pregnant women, we are emotional, tired, depressed, we feel disgusted, everything stinks, everything taste good going down but by the time it gets there ,we feel totally sick again, so we need a person there that can handle all our needs! Just be a good boyfriend, and comfort her! Good Luck, and Congrats!

Try to think like a women and then times that by 1,000 + mood swings! Pregnacy is different with every women! What does she like to do? Try to make her as comfortable as possible? Give her all kinds of attention and do all the babby stuff that you can and give her all kinds of surprises like cooking dinnerr making her a romatic bath, or just lettiing her relax and taking a nap and cuddling up next to her!

If you live with her (or even if you dont) help her out with some chores around the house so she is less stressed, massage her back, paint her toes for her, maybe one night let her relax and you make dinner and clean up afterwards.

LOL!!! Bernie said it best...
Just try to be nice...bring her anything she wants...try not to get in her way...
She'll be back to her old self eventually...in the mean time...just tell her you love her and then stand back ....
How sweet of you to care by the way...there was some guy on here yesterday whining because his pregnant full time working wife was so LAZY...now that she was pregnant...Bless your heart that you're so compassionate about her condition.

be nice to her..dont look or even think about other women.
clean the house.
rub her back, neck, shoulders.
Give her money to go baby shopping, or take her shopping and pay for it all
Offer to make dinner EVERY day..and make things she likes. Or take her out wherever she wants to eat.
Give her lots of hugs and kisses, but DONT pester her for sex..let that be HER idea
If you could do those things, you would be the perfect man.

Honestly, you have a penis, so there is NOTHING you can do to help her. Lol Sorry, but sometimes us pregnant hormonal woman want nothing more than all males to be wiped off the face of the earth. Just make sure she's comfortable and try not to irritate her.

Just try to make her as conferable as you can. Give her foot rubs. Be there for her if she needs anything. There's not much you can do.
