If there is a god, I'm sure he does after all god is supposed to be kind and loving. I doubt that god or hell really exist, but just in case live your life in a decent and kind way and you won't have to worry. As for M.J. the devil don't want him, he's afraid Mikey will take over!

That really only depends on the relationship that Michael has with God. There are only a few things that you can do that are unforgivable ..... and MJ's behavior isn't one of them.
So one a one-to-one basis if MJ TRULY repents ans seeks to live a better life.... there is a chance he will go to heaven.
