Back in the day when I allowed myself to enjoy the salty goodness of Ramen Noodles, I straddled the crushing fence. And sometimes I would only use half the packet of seasonings.

My fiance doesn't like the broth so he adds it afterwards, just noodles. I like the broth but I still add it afterwards because I'm afraid of losing any seasonings when I drain some of the broth if I put it in during cooking. Growing up, my parents always put it in while the noodles cooked. So I guess it's up to you, it probably doesn't make a big taste in difference, really.

No, I am not. I crush Ramen Noodles before cooking them, but I am OK with people who do not do so.

I agree...
Part of the whole fun is having the noodles dangle down from your mouth past your chin and sweep up some previously dropped food off the livingroom carpet...
Better than a Dirt Devil any day of the week...
(That's an old Bachelor trick I'd thought I'd pass on...)

I don't crush mine either, I am prejudiced against folks who do. It's just wrong they make them long and curly for a reason. I am with Cubby fight the power.

I used to be. Then I realized that they are people too. And that they can't help it. Just as a person can't help being born a midget, the ones who don't crush their soups can't be held responsible. Its the way they were raised, can't ault them.

I am a non crusher as well. I think that for the most part, people that do crush are probably spies or terrorists.

Oh my god!!! .... You're supposed to cook them????
All this time I've been using them as a defoliant in the shower... they're so much cheaper than loofah... plus you get that great oriental aroma that lasts all day at work.
