What are you writing? A letter, a e-mail? Just be yourself. Just because she's pregnant doesn't mean it's the end of the world. Just ask her about the pregnancy briefly and move on to what you'd normally talk about.

Just treat her like you always have. She's still just herself, but she's pregnant. Show some interest - ask her how it's going, stuff like that.

your question isnt very clear??
is she happy to be pregnant, if so just talk about how she is going to feel when she has the baby, if she is excited talk about different things she could buy for him/her
If she isnt happy to be pregnant try not to mention it, however dont completely cut it out, i.e how are you feeling/coping? not mentioning the baby just herself and if its because your trying and arnt pregnant so feel some jealousy, i totally understand how you feel, i just keep telling myself that one day it waill be me.
Be yourself, talk about whats happening in your life.
Good luck
