Have you ever seen a UFO?

I saw something years ago when I was about 8 yrs old. My sistere and her friends saw it too, but they don't remember. I lived in Rochester N.Y. at the time. It was in the summer around 8:30 pm. It was four lights in the shape of a check mark, but upside down - more like a lopsided 'V'. It didn't dart around the sky like you see on tv. It moved slowly across the sky from west to east, stopped, moved sideways to the south, moved sideways back to where it was, then slowly turned and headed back to the west and disappeared. Total time about 10 minutes.

I've seen pics of it over the years. Everyone thinks I'm nuts, but I know what I saw. Don't know what it was. Didn't see little green men with huge head and eyes and long fingers, but I know I saw something.

How about you? Ever seen anything you can't explain?

I lived 1 mile North of the Columbia Gorge in the state of Washington and of course the gorge itself was in view. One night at about dusk I saw what looked like an airliner with a row of lights from the passenger cabin headed West down the gorge. I kept watching it because planes did not fly at that height (about 500 ft) even at the best of times in the gorge because it was too dangerous. When it was directly south of me it suddenly changed directions and headed north. It made no turns......just changed directions. Then it disappeared from my view. It was summer and the windows were open but I heard no noise at all. I later found out that my brother-in-law saw it, too, from a couple of miles away.

Yes. About 35 yrs ago, saw a disc shaped object hovering over a stand of trees about 150 yds away. Another car pulled up and asked "What the hell is that"?.
The object moved away, dipped down and shot up and disappeared quickly into the distance.
Needless to say we didn't talk about it much.

Ive seen things in the sky that I cant explain, so I guess they were UFO's...keep in mind that UFO doesnt mean alien or anything like that, its just something flying that I cant tell what it is.
