You have to obey the correct operation order.

First, multiplications and divisions:

(+25)-(-15)/(5)

= (+25)-(-3)

Note that to subtract a negative number is the same as to add this number:

= +25 +3

Than comes sums and subtractions:

= 28

The answer before mine is the correct one!

When you subtract a negative number, it's the same as adding it's positive equivalent.

5 - (-3) = 5 + 3 = 8
