Just because his momma had surgery for a tummy tuck does not necessarily mean she was insecure. She might have just wanted to improve on what she had.
Getting plastic surgery does not automatically mean you are self-conscious, insecure, or are lacking in confidence.

How dare you!
She wasn't having plastic surgery for vain reasons. She was having a breast augmentation, you know, to RELIVE the pressure on her back due to having big boobs! And a tummy tuck to help with the weight loss.
Don't pass judgment on a subject you OBVIOUSLY know NOTHING about.

That's not irony, it's coincidental. Read a dictionary.

It is ironic. But very sad. I despise Kanye and his arrogant self, but my condolences go out to him and his family.
