It's early 2009. I am dressed in an orange jump suit standing in a long line at some re education camp. I am staring at my government issued healthcare card that tells me they can get me in for a pap smear in 14 months. It's 'free' they tell me! 'It Takes a Village' is being read over the PA system and giant pictures of Fräulein Clinton block out what remains of the day....I am cold, very cold........fade to black.......

Your nightmare is childish rhetoric designed to keep this nation tied to a profits based health care system that is letting people die rather than pay for their care. Why is it that you are so interested in seeing the pharmaceutical companies and health insurance companies make record profits to the detriment of the American people?

Whoa, Stephen King will pay you for that story One slight criticism, The 14 months for a pap smear is too short a wait in the health-care system. It's a minimum 2 year wait if you make the appointment today. Also, it will only be free if you don't buy the $6 a gallon gas. Alright, 2 slight criticisms.

P.S, Scrooge is a douche.

You dreamed your daddy stopped paying your bills? Then you had to work like normal people, and worry over bills and costs. The orange jump suit is a symbol of what happens when you get a real job.

Penelope--Hoodies are out! The dream that 45 million Americans who do not have health insurance or are under insured is far worse than your made up dream. They know they will suffer and die, or their children will die.
Yes, you are cold, very cold--you are completely lacking in empathy for others.

No. That sort of rhetoric is just what is going to make any significant change very difficult over the next few years, no matter who is in the White House.

Get thyself to a library, or into a really challenging conversation with people who agree and disagree with you. Educate yourself about the political process and system in this country, to your own benefit, and then be one of the conscientious loudmouths that our forefathers imagined would make this country great.

You're a bit green as of now.

No, because when you faded to black, a combined force Special Operations team took the Fraulein out to the woodshed sealed her inside and shipped it off to Venezuela.

Once she arrived she was greeted by Sean Penn, Danny Glover, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi to name a few.

Pres....Dictator Chaves has given them their own commune (village) deep in the Amazon.

Yes, you are troubled.

Bush already has the camps waiting. All he has to do is declare a "national catastrophe". I'm sure you'd support him till you found the power of the government being used against you.

"fade to black..." That's funny, my nightmares always end with me waking up.

The political and social implication of your nightmare has a certain fortune telling educational quality about it. High Premier Mother Savior of the New Socialist America (President Hillary) is a possibility that should be quashed at all cost.

Don't worry about it. Those old dreams are only in your head. I dreamed I was in a department store and couldn't find a bathroom on any floor.
