To the Right wingers, a lull in U S Soldier deaths means victory
to people that think for themselves---we rejoice that the ugly number of deaths is lower
but it doesn't mean we are "winning"
the Iraqis still want us out in overwhelming majority
we are still pouring tons of money that we don't have and should be using at home

NO WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION WERE EVER FOUND
BIN LADEN STILL TAUNTS AND THREATENS THE USA

My fiancee just came home from Iraq. And yes things are improving. While the Iraqi's don't want us there, they also know that if we leave the insurgents will take over. They are helping U.S. soldiers more now because they want to go with the stronger side. So yes things are improving.

Not many around here have much of a platform from which to opine on this, because we haven't been there.

If we get all of our information from the media, then our thoughts are about as reliable as.... the media.
