May try asking here first;
http://www.marineengine.com/cgi-bin/discus/discus.cgi?pg=topics
I would try the section; "Other Outboard Manufactures".

Then you may try searching; "wards sea king parts" (Without the quotes).
Here just one link I found;
http://www.ahlstrand-marine.com/cgi-bin/nav.cgi?parts/index.html

I not say you have to buy from here. It an example of what I found searching.

Chrysler made most of them barring the air cooled and a nasty 15 hp by clinton. I believe the vwb was chrysler either the 15hp or the 7.5. Both were the low profile 2 cylinder with a pop up starter gear. If you think it is an air cooled- flakey white paint -you may have a clinton, or tecuseth. Both were "throw-away" motors as the service work on them was protracted and expexsive. The antique model around 1950's could be gale.
