Dizzy Lizzy - you need to learn to accept that certain things bother you. Once you accept that it bothers you, then you can let it go.
The thing that makes most people upset (crazy, out of control, etc.) is the difference between the way things REALLY ARE (reality) and the way they think things SHOULD BE (should be, wish they were, want them to be, etc.)
You keep thinking that certain things SHOULDN'T bother you, yet they do bother you. Just accept that they bother you and that it's okay that they bother you and you will be able to move on from there.

DO I?
unfortunately, it's the things we try not to let get to us, that usually bother us the most.. That's probably why we told ourselves in the first place, that "I'm not gonna let this bother me"
But the truth is, if it's bothering you, it's for a reason and you shouldn't ignore it.. just choose the best way you can to handle it.
Best wishes!
