I have noticed ever since I hit my 20s that when I am on my period my body temperature rises. I am always hot?

is this normal? I am 28 now, and it really started to get worse over the pass 3 years.

Yes, it can be normal for some to always be hot (I run very warm as well, have been since I was born) but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
