I took the test. I didn't think it was difficult at all.

Here is a website with a practice test:

You can also buy study guides for the GED test. You can buy them at places like Barnes and Noble, Borders, and Amazon.com http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw/104-0028651-3237525?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=ged&x=18&y=26

There are also other places you can buy books to help you study for the GED.

Good luck.

It is a High School level exam.

These are the areas where you are tested:

I got my GED and it was really easy. Don't worry. The hardest part was the math, but that was just basic Algebra.

And don't let anyone make you feel bad about it. I got my GED and enlisted in the Army, just like you. When I got out of the Army I started going to college and that's where I am right now. Just because you have a GED and join the army doesn't make you less of a person.

Go ahead and try the GED test, I am sure that with enough effort you could pass it. Personally I graduated with a diploma and think that would have been a better option than enlisting in the army considering today's circumstances. But anyone, good luck on your endeavors.
