Yes, I did; four years ago right my favorite aunt , who was my best friend, died. It will get better hopefully. Take it easy on yourself. Eat or drinkl something you like, call a friend, read a good book, take a hot bath, watch a funny movie. Hang in there, it goes away.

you may be really stressed out at the moment over an event that recently happened or you could have depression wich can be helped by seeing a doctor
