Butter-Margarine takes longer to digest. In autopsy reports the people will still have the Margarine in them after they have eaten weeks ago.Learned this from working in the Funeral Business and L.P.N.
The saturated fat in Butter is not Great but Margarine is nothing to brag about. I don't want want anything staying in my body as long as Margarine will. Not a Fan for sure!
