ANY time you have sex you risk the chance of pregnancy, protected or not.
You may or may not be pregnant. Using the pill as prescribed you only have a 99% chance of not becoming pregnant. You could end up being that 1%.

it can take from one to three months for your birth control to get regulated in your body, so I would double check for sure with a over the counter test (or a dr. appt). If you dont get your period it could be due to pregnancy and it could also be due to your body getting adjusted to the pill. To be 100% certain I would make a doctor appt just in case.

As long as you took your pills as directed, you only have a small chance of being pregnant (as with any contraceptive).
You should not be pregnant as long as you have followed what the doctor told you to do.

You should be alright. But remember one fact......the only 100% sure way to avoid pregnancy, is abstinence. Any form of birth control is only about 98% effective, at most.
