I was going to try to answer this questions seriously, but since you don't know what conference the Steelers in I will say that the best team in the NFC is the one that finds you and kills you!!!

Wow, you don't know much about football do you? The Steelers are in the AFC. The Bears??? I'll give you a realistic analysis. Cowboys and Packers are tied for first in the NFC, tied for second in the NFL. I say the Cowboys are the best in the NFC, but we'll find out when they play the Packers in a couple of weeks.
