Also, you gotta see South Beach- it's a blast. In addition to it having a great party atmosphere, there's also a lot a of great architecture (great pics of your vacation!). Call Greater Miami Convention and Visitor's Center (305-539-3000) for more information on Miami. Must see South Beach, but expensive. And, topless sunbathing is popular on the beaches from 5th to 21st sts. You didn't say if your cousin was male or female, but does it matter?

Key Biscayne Park is really fun if you are into nature or something outside. You can rent bikes, kayakes, etc. and the beach is beautiful there, they also have a boathouse restaurant that is nice. It's not an all day affair, but nice to do in the morning.

Take a cruise to the Bahamas. Its a couple days and not too expensive.
