I live in California does anyone know where I can obtain a letter or document I already called me ex probation officer but I had no luck?

When you are discharged from probation, your probation officer does a discharge report with an order and forwards it to the court. I judge then signs this order; this discharges you from probation.

I would call the court where you were originally sentenced and request the discharge order for this particular case. Your ex PO may not have called you back because he/she is probably inundated with cases.

Contact the probation department Manager and request the form(s) needed.
