I feel like going back to bed I looked outside and we have a very tiny amount of snow,the wind is blowing and it is very cloudy.Also it is not a good day for me it has been exactly 1yr today my dad passed away.

No, but I'm expert in hot flashes. Don't wear moisturer or suntan lotion, it traps in heat. In fact, don't suntan, your weekend suntan will fatigue you anyways. Eat very small meals. Large meals will flush your skin. Avoid alcohol. Don't eat hot soups, or spicy foods. For relief, take a spray water bottle and mist yourself(face, arms, etc.) whenever you feel a flash coming on. You can go to any cosmetic counter and Evion(spelling) has a pursed sized water mist that they sell.

yes I do, I went to sleep at 3 am didn't feel good and couldn't fall asleep. And woke up at 7 am so I am very tired, but if I go back to sleep I won't sleep right tonight

I didn't sleep last night, i want to but my dog had a surgery yesterday, so i'm with her while my mom's out gettin somethings that Chloe (my dog) needs. But after that and after I finish listening to the Jonas Brothers (my idols) then I might. But as for do I *want* to.... YESSS!

I feel like staying in bed all day! But I had to get up early to take my son to school and have a baby at home.....so no bed for me. :(
