Hitler, foremost; Stalin and Lenin, next, they caused a lot of unnecessary suffering and deaths; currently alive, I'd have to say OJ Simpson, he not only got away with murder, he's obnoxious.

I find it funny that people say G.W. Bush... as if there aren't a million worse people out there, living OR dead. G.W. Bush is not a monster, he is a stupid person who made stupid decisions that unfortunately affected an entire country.
I think the person I loathe the most would be Adolph Hitler. The prosecution and murder of the Jewish people and basically anyone who didn't join his regime was terrible and almost wiped out an entire race single-handedly. I don't really recall Bush opening up any concentration camps and showering people with deadly gas...
