No, Aidan for a girl
Why would you want to name a little girl a common boy name?
Zayden is a form of Aidan, A lot less common, and you can used for a girl, because, even if it's a boy name, it's not common. Hayden is a usisex name, not a popular as Jaiden or Aiden

I've mostly heard the name Aidan for a boy but I think I heard once on a TV show a girl named Aidan but I believe it was spelled Ayden. I think though that it would make a cool girls name and it wouldn't be very common for a girl.

It is a actually a unisex name. A girl in my class is named Aidan, but it is spelled Aiden. She doesn't have any problems with it. I think its a nice name but I would make sure the middle name was very feminine such as Victoria or Angelina.

Good Luck :)

Aidan is a boy's name, but if you wanted to name a girl that you could. Ashley, Beverly, Tracy and Kelly are some men's names that are commonly used for women now.

No, it's not a girl's name. And, for the record... Kayden, Hayden, and Peyton are all boys names too. I don't know why people keep naming little girls these names.

It has become very popular for boys. I was going to use it if I had a boy but its suddenly become overused, at least where I live. You could change it up a bit to make it girly, like Aida or Ayden, Aedyn... I think it could work though.
