I've tried everything to get rid of it....mouse traps, sticky boxes, D-con, spray, What's next? There are droppings everywhere and the mouse is coming out during the day now.

I'd advise you not to leave some food out and sprinkle poison on it because then you'd have a dead mouse stinking up the house and no where to find it. And you could possibly atract more. What you should do is contact a professional because it may not be only one. Last time we thought it was only one mouse but it turned out there was six and they just looked the same so we assumed it was one. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Use the mouse trap. Heres the trick, put a little bit of peanut butter on it. The mouse will smell it and start gnawing on it because it cant get it off, then snap one dead mouse. This is usually foolproof.
