What happens when you don't have a period?

I haven't had my period in two months and I don't have weight problems but I may want to get pregnant soon! Will it effect my chances? Whats wrong with me? Can anyone help !?!

How old are you, are you sexually active, are your periods usually regular, are you on any birth control, are you fairly healthy, etc this information would help.

You can still get pregnant. Or you could already be pregnant.

Dunno until we get more information.
