Read the US Constitution! Yes we have the absolute right to personal privacy.

The USA PATRIOT act denies much of that privacy and is a non-constitutional law.

less and less... even in the private area!!! don't dream the constitution is an utopy... in theory u have it but not in practice... i don't care because i have nothing to hide but ... "they" can observe u everywhere and at any moment... they have the possibility to read your mails, to listen at your phone.... and it will be worst in the future...
