You got it right poster. Middle East banks cannot,by law,charge interest.
Remember also, it was written by Aristotle, that " War is the health of a government." Governments thrive the best in time of war...issuing thru anything they want in the name of "national security." This is a great time for our lords and masters. For real people...not so good.

Unless the level of fear can be kept up, Republicans don't have a chance at getting their anti-American agenda passed. If they want to win elections, they have to make things up. As Karl Rove said "If we didn't have 9/11, we would have had to create it".
