Casey's rather tame and easy to work with, so I'd say you're safe with just about anything. ;)
I would personally avoid an alliterative or repetitive name -- one beginning with the K sound and/or ending with the "ee" sound, such as Kelly Casey or Carson Casey :) -- but short of that you're options are fairly open.
You might also want to avoid a first name with the "ay" or especially "ays" sound (such as Grace Casey), or any more unisex options, especially for the gender they're not most common for. Since Casey is also used as a unisex given name, something like Madison Casey or Taylor Casey, though common for girls, tend to come across as far more masculine than something like Madison Lilly or Taylor Grace might (to use more feminine-feeling surnames). ;) Hopefully you get the idea.
Other than that, it just depends on your style, because there are plenty of names that would work wonderfully with your surname.
Classic:
Eleanor Casey
Margaret Casey
Madeleine Casey
Genevieve Casey
Oliver Casey
Nathaniel Casey
Martin Casey
George Casey
Celtic:
Bronwen Casey
Fiona Casey
Imogen Casey
Maura Casey
Finnian Casey
Ewan Casey
Desmond Casey
Ronan Casey
Popular Classic:
Olivia Casey
Abigail Casey
Elizabeth Casey
Joshua Casey
William Casey
Benjamin Casey
Popular Trendy:
Jasmine Casey
Savannah Casey
Ariana Casey
Autumn Casey
Landon Casey
Hunter Casey
* Not that I'm suggesting all of these, of course. ;) Just to show that your surname would likely work with just about any name of your choosing.
So really, just find a few you like and determine how they work with your surname on a case-by-case basis. Make sure to say them together, and with the middle name in full. For instance, Michael Casey and Michael Justin might sound fine individually, but Michael "Justin Casey" probably isn't the best choice. ;)
Hope that helps!

I had a good friend with that last name. He was Matthew Casey (I don't recall his middle name).
Another good name for a girl would be Jillian Casey.
Best of luck!!
