No. Dinosaurs went extinct on the order of 65 or so million years ago while the first humans appeared about 4 million years ago. SO there was actually a large gap...I'm not 100% sure on the figures. But its something like that

Unless you count birds as the descendants of dinosaurs and humans as the decedents of ancient rodents.
