Still turning a new leaf over at the moment! When my last night of drunken wildness took place. I realised I have to moderate or cut down. I chose to cut down completely.
All because my Dad got taken into hospital- due to his poor diet and heavy alcohol consumption. I realised, I need to get my act together! :)
I feel detoxed and fresh. :) And much happier! :) x I'm wild enough, without drugs and booze! :) x
