I want to live, study and work abroad, I am a guidance counselor by profession!?

I have an MA in Guidance & Counseling and a bachelors of arts degree in Psychology from reputable universities here in the Philippines. I want to venture and work abroad. Can you suggest countries wherein the counseling profession/related profession is in demand? What steps do I have to take? Please help! Thanks.
