no,they live in a sac called the amniotic sac which is in the mothers womb.the sac is filled with a clear water like fluid called amniotic fluid.the blood and their nourishment comes from the mother via the placenta and through the umbilical cord.

No. The amniotic fluid is more like water. When they break your water it's clear when it comes out. Not blood.

No, its amniotic fluid, its colorless. They come out covered in blood because the uterus is lined in blood and when the bag of waters breaks and they are squished through the birth canal they get covered in it.
