Never Use the word "I can't" This word will hold you back if you let it rule you or dominate you. Why can't you get up? 100% it's your sleep and cozy bed. Well, you have made your body like that. It's not an impossible task. It's your body, you can make it do anything.
Early morning classes are great because you can be done and have rest of the day for your self.
Just do it. Justget up in the morning. Tell you brain ," I need to succeed. I need to become somone in my life. I don't wnat to settle for low paying jobs. I want this degree. "

I know it totally stinks. My freshman year I had one class that ended at 9pm on Thursday night and an 8am class on Friday morning. I lived off campus, so I had to drive in, find parking and hike to the building it was in. I had difficulty becoming inspired to get out of my nice warm bed and go into the snowy tundra to go to a boring required class that I was learning nothing in.
I put my alarm clock on the other side of my room, and got into the shower as soon as I woke up. I would normally give myself about 45 minutes before I had to leave.
Once you get into the habit of getting up early it will get easier. Promise yourself a nice nap after class and next semester schedule your classes later in the day.

1. Buy three small alarm clocks and use them. Have everything ready that you will need in the morning ready when you go to bed. Go to bed at a reasonable hour.

buy an alarm clock that truckers use. they are really loud and fairly cheap and work well for those of us that are hard to get up. check ur local truck stops and check'em out.

buy a coffee machine that has a timer that will go off when your alarm goes off. get up right as your alarm goes off & drink a cup. try going to bed earlier & see if that helps.

Simple. Got to sleep earlier. Get eight hours of sleep. You are getting up late because you are going to sleep late and obviously not getting eight hours of sleep when it is time to wake.
