Prior to my period, my body itches, have swollen breasts, is this normal? It does not occur every time though?

Swollen breasts before a period can be normal for some women but itchiness doesn't sound normal to me. I would recmmend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.
