sm, it's pretty difficult to remove your online presence, but you can minimize it from this point onward.
When you do anything official, use your full name--first, middle, and last--whether it's to compete in a charity race, vote, enter a contest, buy a car or house, etc. Then use a short version in your real day-to-day life and avoid using your middle name in social contact. That way, anybody searching for (I'm making this up, since I don't know your name) Sara Mullins or Sid Martell won't find Sara Elaine Mullins or Sidney Troy Martell.
For online use, avoid using your real name at all. (Mine's not Maryn Bittner.) Create an online persona or two and use them consistently, and never reveal your real name to someone you know only online.

You can't. Once it's on the web it lasts forever.
BTW, Google only finds things on other servers around the world, it likely doesn't have your data on it's own servers, unless you put it there.

search the name and follow the link..delete or edit the name and next time don't do that.
or yoy can simply change your name.

don't join any organizations, social or otherwise. don't have a listed phone number. don't buy a house. don't do anything. or you could be like me and have a name so common i can't even find myself in that haystack.
