Country Code is +63.
You have to use the Country Code then the Area Code and the number of the person you want to call.
So if you are going to call someone in Manila, that's
+63 - 2 - (the 7 digit number). If it's a mobile number, it should be +63 - 2 (9XX - XXXXXXX).
