The Holocaust occured in Germany and it's territories from shortly after WWI until the Nazi defeat in WWII. The main victims were the Jews, the disabled and those who opposed the Nazi regime. Hitler wanted a perfect Aryan society and was willing to annihilate those who didn't fit into his ideal of the proper German. I am sure that there were some black people killed in concentration camps but the number pales in comparison to the attempted genocide of the German Jews and disabled.
I am not sure what you mean by reprimanded.

9-12 million people were killed in total in the Holocaust, 6 million of them were Jews. We never hear of the other 3-6 million.
More people died in Stalin's Holocaust-over 20 million.
Countless died in the Holocaust during the African slave trade movement.
Makes one wonder why the rabbinic Jews say Isaiah 53 means Israel when one reads in the book:
"7 He was oppressed, though he humbled himself and opened not his mouth; as a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and as a sheep that before her shearers is dumb; yea, he opened not his mouth.
8 By oppression and judgment he was taken away, and with his generation who did reason? for he was cut off out of the land of the living, for the transgression of my people to whom the stroke was due."
I grew up a rabbinc Jew, and I do not remember this supposed Israeli humility and sheepish quietness. So, maybe the reason for the furor about the Fuehrer and the Jews is to show that the rabbinic Jew is not a quiet sheep, so the passage applies to only One person-a man of sorrows-Jesus. I feel for the Jew who perished. I know too many survivors who lost family members, but I also know that the Jews were not alone....all non blonde, non blue-eyed, Caucasians who had mental, physical, emotional limitations; gypsies; blacks; priests; others were potential victims of the Holocaust, and 9-12 million did lose their lives.
Just a supposition.

the jews have been pursecuted since christ..the black weren't always slaves...rome might not have been built in a day..but it was built by roman slaves....the pyramids took years to build...they were built by egyption slaves...the indians used to roam the u.s.a until the westerners and army pushed them on reservations....the chinese helped (???) build the first railroads...there were no black that were forced to build the greek ancient cities...there are a lot of historical cites and events that was done by slavory of others than black...but yet the blacks feel as if they are the only slaves there ever was...so although the blacks were and still are not being treated as equals..they are not the only humans that has been treated this way..and in some 3rd world countries slavory is still being used..and not black slavory...why dont we assist theose poor people..???

If you can provide the sources that show how the blacks in Europe were the second largest victims of the Holocaust - I would like to read them. Please provide proof to support your claim.
